What area do you serve?

Delivery is included in the OKC metro area within 25 miles. Contact us if you are outside of this area.

 

Where can I have my event?

We can set up in the location of your choosing. Please contact us to discuss set ups at other public locations or campsites that may require permits.

 

How much space is needed?

Backyard tent: Including staking a minimum of 25ft by 25ft is required

Indoor tiny tents: minimum space per tent is 32”X 63”

 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your party for any reason you must notify us 7 days prior to your event for a deposit refund. If you need to cancel within the 7 days, we can move your full amount paid to be applied to a different date.

 

What about bad weather?

If there is severe weather (ice, hail, thunderstorm) on the day of your event, we will gladly move your deposit for a different date or issue a gift card for future use.

 

How long is the rental?

The Backyard Bell Tent and indoor tiny tents are an overnight rental. Set up is before 3:00pm (unless otherwise discussed) and pick up is at 10:00am the following day. Picnics are a 2 hour rental (additional time available upon request).

 

How does the deposit work?

A 25% deposit is due to secure your date. Full payment is due one week before the event. We accept Venmo, Apple Pay, and Credit Cards.
